With unenviable camera skills, my dad snaps a few pitch black photos inside Zellerbach auditorim at my graduation ceremony.
The red eye of all involved is, I must say, downright frightening, bordering on demonic, but hey, at least it gives me something to talk about.
Even though I'll actually be here one more semester, and am thus, not officially graduated, the administration decided to let me walk in the ceremony anyway,
which is reasonable since I've already finished everything for the physics major, and am only staying on to finish up an astrophysics double major. And besides,
a lot of my friends were graduating now, and it would have been ridiculous to wait until I've been out of school for six months to walk in next year's graduation.
For once, to its credit, the administration here managed to distance itself from its traditional beauracratic nonsense.
