Soon after finding Ray, I ran into my friend Julie, who like three fourths of the Berkeley populaiton, also happened to graduating at the MCB ceremony.

Julie has been the chief editor of the Berkeley Scientific Journal, a student run science magazine that I've written some articles and designed a couple of covers for during the past two semesters. But soon she'll be taking off either to Stanford med school (terrible school, I've heard), or take some time off before diving into a perpetual ER episode. I say take the time off. People will still get sick a year from now, believe me.
